12/17/07 Silent Reading

Today i went onto my favorite English Premier Teams website. Manchester United has a great squad and is doing very well this season. They are currently in second place in the league and doing very well in the Champions league witch is a tournament for the champions of europe.

Today for silent readeing i read an article on GolTV.tv about the brazilian soccer superstar Kaka and his view on his fellow teamate Ronaldo. Ronaldo hasnt been able to participate in any games at all yet because of his serious injuries. Kaka hopes that Ronaldo gets better because Ronaldo has been one of the best players in the world and has lead the Brazilian National team in many victories.

Today we recieved a new project to work on that is due at then end of class monday. We have to fill in all the codes with what Ms. Petr has given us. I will have it done by monday

Tomorrow my project is due and im almost done. By the end of the class period tomorrow ill be done with the second part and ready to turn it in.

Silent Reading 12/3/07

Today i read about my favorite English pro soccer league team Manchester United. They are currently 4th place in the EPL (english premier league) but they are doing very good in the UEFA Champions League. The UEFA is a tournament for the champions of each country in Europe. Manchester is first place in their group with 15 points and hasnt lost a game yet.

Today in class i continued to work on my program, i worked on the distance and how far it has to go to hit the target. It is due wednesday i am aiming to turn it in on time and complete.

Today i continued to work on my functions project. I have an example to look at and i plan on doing good on this project.

Today i began on my programming and problem-soleving with user- defined functions. this project requires the user to put in a number so it can find the distance of the target.

famous Argentinian soccer player Juan Roman Riquelme spoke to his Spanish club team Villareal about staying on Boca Juniors of Argentina. Boca is planning on paying 9 million euros to Villareal. 6 million of those euros for Villareal and 3 million for Riquelme.

Today during class we received a new project thet Repition Statements Project and i began to work on it. Tomorrow i will have to get serious and add more options the use can do.

Silent Reading 11/12/07

For silent reading i went to Gol TV.tv and viewed the standings for profesional soccer leagues in different countries. in La Liga witch is the Spain pro league, Real Madrid is in first place with 28 points followed by Villareal with 27 points.

Today i was able to get through number one on my Loop Practice Problems. Monday i will aim to finish all 3 of the problems.

Reflection 11/6/07

today in class we took notes on loops and iterations. we leanred about the different types of loops- For Loops, While Loops and Do while loops. after that we looked at a demo of the codes. we also got a worksheet of codes to do and write the output.

10/2/07 Reflection

Tonight i plan on studying for the quiz by trying to meomrize codes and understand switches.

today i read an article on the movie "Blood Diamond" and how it portrays conflict diamonds in Africa and how this movie affects the Diamond Industry.
